Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R750. Orders below R750 attract a flat shipping fee of R85.
Currently we ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Unused products in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Email us at nmhairproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund immediately.

Yes — our range is formulated for all hair types including natural, relaxed, coloured, and heat-styled hair.
Absolutely. All NM Hair products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Our shampoos are sulfate-free. None of our products contain parabens or harsh synthetic chemicals.
Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of placement. After that the order goes into processing. Contact us immediately at nmhairproducts@gmail.com.
